The Russian Federation continues to ignore the laws and customs of war, uses terror tactics, launches strikes and shells both military and civilian targets.
Over the past day, Russian invaders struck at the territory of Ukraine. They used 5 X-22 air-launched cruise missiles and 2 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles. In addition, the enemy launched 24 air strikes and fired 42 missiles from multiple launch rocket systems. The enemy fired X-22 missiles at a dacha cooperative in Kremenchuk district of Poltava region and at Zaporizhzhia.
With S-300 missiles, Russian terrorists hit a catering facility filled with civilians in the center of Kramatorsk and the private sector of Bilenke, Donetsk region.
As a result of the Russian terrorist attack, unfortunately, children and adult civilians were killed, more than 50 civilians were wounded, and apartment buildings and dozens of private houses were damaged.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on the Liman, Bakhmut and Maryinka directions, heavy fighting continues. Over 30 combat engagements took place during the day.
In the Siversky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy fired mortar and artillery shells at more than 20 localities. In the Kupyansk sector, more than 20 localities also came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson sectors, the enemy is focusing its main efforts on preventing the advance of our troops.
In the village of Hornostaivka, Kherson region, the occupiers are taking away housing from local residents who have left for government-controlled territory or died as a result of hostilities. The stolen housing is labeled with signs “property of the Russian Federation”.
Over the past day, the aviation of the defense forces carried out 18 strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and 6 strikes on enemy anti-aircraft missile systems. Our defenders also destroyed 6 reconnaissance UAVs.
Over the past day, missile troops and artillery units destroyed 1 control center, 2 Buk anti-aircraft missile systems and 4 areas of concentration of enemy manpower, weapons and military equipment.
