In 2023, Nova Post delivered 30% more parcels than in 2022, reaching 412 million shipments. Most often, Ukrainians sent clothes and shoes, household goods, appliances and electronics, health and beauty products, and tools.
In particular, the company delivered 10.2 million international parcels, which is twice as many as a year earlier. Ukrainians have started ordering goods from international online stores more often through the NP Shopping service – 55% more than in 2022. The most popular countries for orders are China, the United States, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom, and the favorite stores of Ukrainians are Aliexpress, Amazon, and iHerb.
Over the past year, the average weight of an international parcel has increased significantly – from 1.3 kg in 2022 to 11 kg in 2023.
