Zeekr has announced a significant production milestone: the 200,000th Zeekr 7X mass-produced vehicle has rolled off the assembly line. This achievement comes just two years after the model’s introduction, highlighting the brand’s rapid growth and market acceptance.
Zeekr 7X: A Key Player in Zeekr’s Lineup
The Zeekr 7X, Zeekr’s first luxury five-seater pure electric SUV, is built on the sophisticated SEA (Sustainable Experience Architecture) platform. The first batch of the Zeekr 7X began mass production on September 16, 2024.
Evolution and Upgrades
Since its initial launch, the Zeekr 7X has seen notable enhancements. A refreshed version of the Zeekr 7X was launched in October 2025, introducing a upgraded 900V high-voltage architecture. This update also included the standard integration of Nvidia’s Thor-U chip and lidar technology across all trims, with a starting price of 229,800 yuan.
Looking ahead, the 2027 model year of the Zeekr 7X is slated for release in the fourth quarter of this year. While the exterior styling is expected to remain consistent, the new model will introduce new exterior and interior color options. A significant addition will be the availability of a 85kWh ‘Golden Brick’ battery version, offering more choice and potentially enhanced range or efficiency for consumers.
