Lenovo today unveiled the YOGA Air 14 AI Yuanqi laptop at its Innovation Technology Conference. The laptop is equipped with a Core Ultra 7 155H processor with integrated AI NPU, targeting users who prefer performance and intelligent features. Let’s take a look at the details here.
Technical characteristics
The core of YOGA Air 14 is the new Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, manufactured using the latest generation Intel 4 process technology with a hybrid core architecture.
Lenovo claims that the laptop delivers 18% more performance and 40% more battery life than previous generations. It also has Intel Evo certification for responsiveness and efficiency.
In addition, the processor has an integrated AI NPU that specifically works to improve AI tasks and applications. Lenovo also ships the laptop with Xiaotian, the company’s AI agent, which is powered by the Tianxi large language model.
The base model is equipped with 32GB of LPDDR5x-7467 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
The YOGA Air 14 weighs about 1.4 kg (3.1 lbs) and is 14.9 mm (0.59 inches) thick. Lenovo uses what it calls “PureBright treasure craftsmanship” for the exterior, with a light seashell color scheme.
The front of the laptop features a 2.8K 120Hz OLED display with 400 nits of brightness and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. It supports Dolby Vision and is VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certified, so you can expect deep blacks and high contrast.
YOGA Air 14 has a 1.5 mm keyboard with 0.3 mm key bend for comfortable typing. There is also a 5.6-inch touchpad with protection against accidental touches.
In terms of connectivity, the left side of the laptop offers two Thunderbolt 4 ports and an HDMI 2.1 port. On the right side is an electronic camera control switch, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port.
Price and availability
The Lenovo YOGA Air 14 AI Yuanqi laptop costs 8,499 yuan (approximately 1,174 US dollars). Specific details on regional availability and pricing have not yet been announced by Lenovo.
