On December 12, Huawei will hold an event in Dubai to launch new products on the global market. Earlier this week, the brand teased that a tablet would be unveiled at the event, leaving us wondering whether it would be the MatePad Pro 11 or the MatePad Pro 13.2. Now a new teaser has confirmed that it will be the MatePad Pro 13.2.

For those who don’t know, the MatePad Pro 13.2 was launched exclusively in China back in September. This 13.2-inch tablet is a premium offering from the brand that comes with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage in China. Keep reading to learn more about the tablet.

Specifications of Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2

The Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 boasts a 13.2-inch flexible OLED panel with a resolution of 2880 x 1920 pixels, P3 color gamut, and 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. It is quite thin, measuring just 5.5 mm thick and weighing 580 grams.

Powered by the Kirin 9000s chipset, it offers up to 16GB of RAM and an impressive 1TB of internal storage. Thanks to its large 10,100 mAh battery, the MatePad Pro 13.2 supports 88W fast charging, delivering 85% charge in 40 minutes and full charge in just 65 minutes.

For audio, the tablet has 6 dual-channel speakers, spatial sound, and Huawei Sound certification. The tablet’s camera consists of a 16-megapixel front-facing camera combined with a rear-facing sensor, as well as a 13-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual camera on the back. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, AAC and LDAC codecs. The tablet runs on HarmonyOS 4 and features a third-generation M-Pen stylus with StarLight technology, which offers more than 10,000 levels of pressure sensitivity and has a 0 ms latency.

In addition to the tablet, the brand may also introduce new open-type headphones, which will reportedly be released by the end of 2023.
