MONTECH, also known as 君主科技 or 蒙泰克, has announced the launch of its new CyberFlow series of all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU coolers. Available in both Core (non-RGB) and ARGB versions, these coolers boast a 32mm thick radiator and feature a magnetically attached VRM fan, setting them apart in the crowded PC cooling market.
Enhanced Cooling Performance
The CyberFlow series represents a significant upgrade from MONTECH’s previous HyperFlow liquid coolers. The company reports a substantial 25.9% increase in cold plate base area, a 31.9% boost in micro-channel heat exchange area, and an impressive 85.3% improvement in coolant circulation flow rate. These enhancements are designed to deliver superior thermal management for high-performance CPUs.
Key Specifications and Features
At the heart of the CyberFlow coolers is a robust 3,500 RPM pump, operating with a noise level of just 28 dB(A). Complementing the pump is a VRM fan, also capable of reaching 3,500 RPM, ensuring that the power delivery components around the CPU socket remain cool. The coolers utilize a 20 FPI (fins per inch) aluminum radiator, optimized for efficient heat dissipation.
The included E25 PWM fans measure 120x25mm and are equipped with Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB) for durability and quiet operation. These fans can spin between 500 and 2,800 RPM, delivering up to 93.12 CFM of airflow and a static pressure of 7.24 mmAq, all while maintaining a noise level of 36.2 dB(A) at maximum speed.
Platform Compatibility and Warranty
MONTECH has ensured broad compatibility for the CyberFlow series, supporting the latest Intel platforms including Socket LGA 1700/1851 (Alder Lake, Raptor Lake, Meteor Lake and future generations) and AMD platforms such as Socket AM5 and AM4. This wide compatibility makes the CyberFlow coolers a viable option for a vast range of modern PC builds.
