Vivo Pad 3 Pro spotted with the most powerful MediaTek chip on Geekbench

Vivo is expected to host a presentation on March 26 in China. The brand is expected to unveil the Vivo X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro, powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets, respectively. The Vivo Pad 3 Pro tablet is also reported to be officially unveiled alongside the Vivo X Fold 3 series of smartphones. Ahead of the expected launch, the upcoming tablet has appeared on Geekbench with some of its key specifications. Here’s an overview of what to expect from the device.

Vivo Pad 3 Pro listing in Geekbench

A new Vivo tablet with the model number PA2473 has appeared on Geekbench. Last month, this tablet already appeared in the database of the Chinese certification platform 3C. It seems that this tablet will debut on the Chinese market as Vivo Pad 3 Pro.

According to Geekbench, the Pad 3 Pro is powered by a Dimensity 9300 processor, which is the most powerful MediaTek chip available on the market. The name of the chip is not explicitly mentioned in the listing, but the processor and GPU data available is enough to suggest that it has a D9300 chip on board.

The listing goes on to say that the Vivo Pad 3 Pro has 16GB of RAM and runs Android 14, which likely has an OriginOS 4 layer for the Pad on top. In the single-core and multi-core Geekbench tests, the Pad 3 Pro scored 2223 and 7547 points, respectively.

According to reports, the Vivo Pad 3 Pro will have a 12.95-inch LCD panel with a 3K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It is expected to have an 11,500 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. There will be an 8-megapixel camera on the front and a 13-megapixel single camera with LED flash on the back.
