Kyivstar specialists have resolved the communication problems that arose in the morning of December 20 in a number of cities in the West and South of Ukraine. However, the USSD service is not yet available.

“We would also like to inform you that LTE service in Ukraine and in international roaming operates without speed limits,” the statement said.
However, subscribers complain that Home Internet is not available everywhere, and they cannot send requests to 111 and 112. The press service replies that the USSD service is not yet available.
