The iQOO Pad Air was announced as the second iQOO tablet for the Chinese market earlier this week. The device, which was available for pre-orders in the domestic market, is now available on the official website with its specifications and price. Here’s a look at what the tablet has to offer.
Specifications and features of iQOO Pad Air
The iQOO Pad Air features an 11.5-inch LCD screen with a 3:2 aspect ratio, 2800×1840 resolution, refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, brightness of up to 500 nits, and HDR10. Under the hood, the tablet is equipped with a Snapdragon 870 chipset, 8 GB/12 GB of RAM, and 128 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
iQOO Pad Air is equipped with an 8500 mAh battery with 44W charging support via USB-C interface. On the front of the tablet is a 5-megapixel camera, and on the back is an 8-megapixel camera that can work in various shooting modes and record video at 1080p.
The iPad Air features a super-linear four-speaker system and offers connectivity options such as dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and USB 3.2 Gen 1. The tablet runs on Pad-based OriginOS 3 for Android 13 and comes with support for accessories such as iQOO Pencil and iQOO Keyboard Air. Finally, the tablet measures 259.743 x 176 x 6.67 mm and weighs 530 grams.
Price of iQOO Pad Air in China
The iQOO Pad Air is priced at 1,799 yuan (~249 USD) for the 8GB+128GB version, 1,999 yuan (~277 USD) for the 8GB+256GB model, 2,299 yuan (~319 USD) for the 12GB+256GB version, and 2,599 yuan (~361 USD) for the 12GB+512GB version. It’s available in shades such as Gray Crystal and Lan Ting (blue).
For those who don’t know, iQOO Pad Air is nothing more than a rebranded version of the Vivo Pad Air tablet that was announced last year in China.
