The Pura 70 Pro series is equipped with a 6.8-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2844 x 1260. This panel supports a variable refresh rate of 1-120 Hz, high-frequency PWM dimming of 1440 Hz, and a peak brightness of 2500 nits. To protect the display, the phone uses second-generation Kunlun glass, which reportedly improves drop resistance by 100%.

In contrast, the Pura 70 has a slightly smaller 6.6-inch display with a resolution of 2760 x 1256. It also features Kunlun’s second-generation protective glass.

While the Pura 70 Pro is powered by the Kiron 9010 chip (the successor to the Kirin 9000s), the Pura 70 is said to be equipped with a stripped-down version of the Kirin 9000S, called the Kirin 9000S1. The series runs on the HarmonyOS 4.2 operating system. The new Kirin 9010 chipset reportedly consists of two large cores running at 2.30 GHz, six medium cores running at 2.18 GHz, and four small cores running at 1.55 GHz. Graphics are handled by the same Maleoon 910 GPU as its predecessor.

The Pura 70 Pro boasts a 5050 mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging. The phone also supports 20W reverse wireless charging. For comparison, the base model Pura 70 has a 4900 mAh battery. It supports 66W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 7.5W reverse wireless charging. Both phones support satellite communications.

The Pura 70 Pro features a 1/1.3-inch 50-megapixel primary sensor with F1.4-F4.0 variable aperture and optical image stabilization. The phone also features a 48-megapixel macro camera with 35x super macro and F2.1 aperture. The XD Motion engine helps the phone capture fast-moving subjects. The macro camera can focus at a distance of up to 5 cm. There is also a 12.5 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with F2.2 aperture.

The Pura 70’s camera system consists of a 50-megapixel main camera with variable aperture F1.4~F4.0 and optical image stabilization, a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with F2.2 aperture.
