The Huawei Enjoy 90 Plus, initially launched earlier this year, has undergone another price adjustment. Its current starting price is 1799 yuan, a substantial increase of 300 yuan from its original retail price. A similar price hike has affected the higher-tier Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max, which now starts at 1899 yuan.

Huawei Enjoy 90 Plus: New Pricing Details

According to reports from IT Home, the Huawei Enjoy 90 Plus has seen a 300 yuan price increment across its storage variants:

  • 128GB Version: Increased from 1499 yuan to 1799 yuan.
  • 256GB Version: Increased from 1799 yuan to 2099 yuan.

These revised prices are now reflected on Huawei’s official website and major e-commerce platforms like JD.com and Tmall. It is worth noting that JD.com is currently offering a 300 yuan coupon for the device. Factoring in promotions for the ‘11.11’ shopping event, this could bring the effective purchase price down to 1419 yuan.

Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max and Standard Model Pricing

The Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max has also experienced a price increase, now ranging from 1899 to 2199-2599 yuan, marking an approximate 200 yuan rise. In contrast, the base Huawei Enjoy 90 model remains unchanged in price, continuing to retail between 1299 and 1599 yuan.

Reasons Behind the Price Surge

Huawei attributes these price increases to a significant rise in the cost of memory components. Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei’s Consumer Business Group, confirmed that the escalating prices of memory modules add over $200 to the production cost of each smartphone. Given the high memory configurations in Huawei’s devices, this translates into even greater overall cost escalation.

This is not the first price adjustment from Huawei this month. In early September, the company revised prices for its Mate 80 series, increasing them by 800-1000 yuan. Later, on October 9th, prices for the entire nova 16 lineup were adjusted upwards by 200 to 400 yuan.

Industry-Wide Trend in Memory Costs

The surge in memory prices is a broader industry trend. Market analysis firm TrendForce forecasts that contract prices for DRAM will increase by 10-15% in the fourth quarter of 2026, while NAND Flash prices are expected to rise by 15-20%. Specific memory modules have seen dramatic year-on-year price hikes, with DDR4 16GB modules up 340% and DDR5 32GB kits increasing by over 300%.

Changes to Huawei Service Subscriptions

In addition to hardware, Huawei is also adjusting its service subscription fees. Effective November 16, 2026, the “活力人生会员” (Active Life Member) subscription rates will change:

  • Continuous Monthly Subscription: from 15 yuan to 29 yuan.
  • Monthly Pass: from 20 yuan to 39 yuan.
  • Quarterly Pass: from 55 yuan to 85 yuan.
  • Annual Pass: from 208 yuan to 329 yuan.

These adjustments indicate a general upward trend in Huawei’s product and service costs, driven by global increases in component prices and logistics expenses.
