This NEV performance means Chery has now surpassed the 100,000-unit sales mark for five consecutive months.

Adding to its string of achievements, Chery Group’s export numbers for August soared to 196,984 vehicles, a substantial 52.1% jump year-on-year. This surge in international sales has propelled Chery to a historic milestone: its cumulative vehicle exports have now surpassed 7 million units. This achievement makes Chery Group the first Chinese automotive company to reach such a significant export volume, cementing its position as a major player on the global automotive stage.

The flagship Chery brand itself contributed strongly to the group’s success, selling 262,990 vehicles in August, a 14.0% increase over the same period last year. Chery Group’s diverse brand portfolio, which includes Chery, Exeed (Starway), Jetour, iCAR, Luxeed (Zhiji), and international brands, offers a comprehensive range of vehicles.
