The company’s performance indicates steady growth, with core financial metrics aligning with market expectations. The net profit after deducting non-recurring items stood at 1.9 billion yuan, demonstrating a solid performance in its primary business operations with a 3.13% year-over-year increase.

Earnings per share also saw an uptick. Both basic and diluted earnings per share were reported at 1.19 yuan, reflecting a 4.39% increase. The top ten shareholders maintained a stable equity structure, with the controlling shareholder, Ningbo Liangji Industrial Co., Ltd., holding a significant 53.96% stake, indicating a high degree of equity concentration.

The company stated that there were no significant changes in its operating conditions during the reporting period. No special events that would have a substantial impact on its business performance occurred. Furthermore, Bull Group has not proposed any profit distribution plans or plans for capital reserve-based share capital increases.

The consistent growth in revenue and net profit, coupled with a stable shareholder base and no major disruptive events, positions Bull Group favorably in the market.
