Cooler Master has just announced a stylish new silver-white variant of its V8 ACE 3DHP CPU air cooler. This latest offering maintains the same performance and features as the original model but adds a fresh aesthetic for PC builders looking to customize their rigs.
Aesthetic Upgrade, Familiar Performance
The V8 ACE 3DHP in its new silver-white finish continues to offer two distinct variants: one optimized for Intel platforms and another for AMD platforms. Both versions are priced at 699 Yuan, identical to the original black model, making it an accessible upgrade for many.
Under the Hood: Advanced Cooling Technology
The V8 ACE 3DHP is engineered with a robust cooling architecture designed to handle demanding CPUs. It features a single-tower, dual-fan configuration, ensuring ample airflow across its heatsink. The cooler boasts a total of 6 heatpipes: two 3DHP (three-dimensionally bent) heatpipes and four SCCHP (Super Charge Cold Pipe) heatpipes. These are strategically placed to efficiently transfer heat away from the CPU.
Complementing the heatpipes are two 12030 LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) blade fans. These fans utilize a ring dynamic bearing for smooth operation and longevity. The LCP material is known for its durability and resistance to deformation, contributing to consistent performance.
Design and Compatibility
With overall dimensions of 137×139×168 mm, the V8 ACE 3DHP maintains a relatively compact profile for its class, though builders should always check case compatibility. A key consideration for many users is RAM clearance, and this cooler allows up to 45mm of clearance for memory modules, accommodating most standard height RAM kits. The distinctive V-shaped engine cover not only adds to the cooler’s aggressive look but also contributes to its airflow dynamics.
Cooler Master stands behind the quality and reliability of the V8 ACE 3DHP, offering an extended 6-year warranty on the product. This demonstrates the company’s confidence in the cooler’s build quality and cooling capabilities.
Availability
The new silver-white Cooler Master V8 ACE 3DHP is available now through major online retailers like JD.com. Interested buyers can choose between the Intel-optimized or AMD-optimized versions, both priced at 699 Yuan.
This release offers PC enthusiasts a compelling option to enhance both the cooling performance and the visual appeal of their systems. The addition of a silver-white variant caters to a wider range of build aesthetics, ensuring that performance-focused cooling doesn’t have to compromise on style.
