BMW Group has officially launched the 2027 model year of its popular X3 SUV, with prices starting at 318,000 yuan. This latest iteration introduces a range of enhancements designed to elevate both style and comfort, including a striking new exclusive paint color and standard front seat ventilation across the lineup.

The 2027 BMW X3 is available in three distinct trims, all featuring the M Sport design package:

Exterior Enhancements
Visually, the new X3 sports a refreshed M-style front end, characterized by a wider, more athletic stance and new horizontal kidney grille slats. A significant addition is the exclusive Dune Grey paint color, a shade previously reserved for M Performance models, offering a unique and sporty aesthetic.
Interior Comfort and Design
Inside, the 2027 X3 prioritizes passenger comfort. Standard features across all models now include ventilation for the front seats and lumbar support adjustment for the front passenger seat. Rear seat heating is also standard. The cabin design receives subtle updates, with new stitching accents on the passenger side of the dashboard. These interior refinements contribute to a more harmonious and cohesive cabin ambiance.
Performance and Drivetrain
Under the hood, the 2027 X3 continues to be powered by a 2.0T engine, offering two output levels: 140 kW with 310 Nm of torque, and 190 kW with 400 Nm of torque. Both are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The vehicle also benefits from the ninth-generation Lateral Dynamics Management system, enhancing handling and stability. Furthermore, BMW’s intelligent xDrive all-wheel-drive system is now standard across the entire 2027 X3 range, ensuring confident traction in various driving conditions.
