Xiaomi is rumored to be working on a successor to the Pad 6 Pro. The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is expected to be the next-generation model, and now a new leak has hinted at the key features of this device and details of another OLED tablet. So, here’s everything we know at the moment.
Specifications of Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro
The latest leak came from a well-known Digital Chat Station informant who shared the information on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging site). The post on the social network says that Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It is also reported that it will not have a 10-inch IPS LCD panel, but a larger screen, which may even support a 144 Hz refresh rate. This is in line with our previous report.
The display will reportedly be surrounded by thinner bezels, and the tablet itself may have an improved design. The source claims that the base model will have a camera module that resembles the one on the Xiaomi 14 series. The tablet may even run a custom HyperOS shell based on Android 14 out of the box. According to our previous report, the Pad 7 Pro is rumored to be powered by a large 10,000 mAh battery that can support 120W fast charging.
In addition, Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is not the only tablet model in development.
