Xiaomi 14 Ultra is likely to be officially launched on the global market on February 25. However, there are rumors that a special Chinese presentation of the phone may take place on February 22 may take place. Ahead of the expected launch, a new leak that appeared on Weibo revealed its configuration and price.

According to Experience More’s source, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will arrive in China in three configurations. They include 12 GB of RAM + 256 GB of storage; 16 GB of RAM + 512 GB of storage; and 16 GB of RAM + 1 TB of storage.

The leak also claims that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will also come in a special titanium variant, which will come in a single 16GB+1TB configuration. The leak claims that if the cost of the 16+1TB variant remains unchanged (compared to the previous generation), it will cost 7,299 yuan (~$1,000), while opting for the titanium version will add 500 yuan or more. In case of a price increase, the titanium version is expected to cost approximately 8,000 yuan (~$1,110).
Specifications of Xiaomi 14 Ultra (rumored)
According to reports, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have a 6.73-inch OLED 2K display with curved edges. The 120Hz refresh rate screen is expected to be equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. It will run Android 14 based on HyperOS. The 14 Ultra is likely to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a 5300 mAh battery with 90W and 50W wired and wireless charging support.
On the back of the device is a 50-megapixel LYT-900 main camera with OIS and variable aperture. There will likely be three 50-megapixel IMX858 cameras with the main camera, including an ultra-wide-angle camera, a 3.2x telephoto lens with OIS, and a 5x periscope camera with OIS. For selfies, it will have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
