Vivo Y18e released with 90Hz display, Helio G85, 5,000 mAh batter

Vivo Y18e, a new entry-level smartphone, debuted in India. In February, Vivo Y18 with model numbers V2333 and V2345 and Vivo Y18e with model code V2350 were approved by the Bluetooth SIG. While there is no clarity on when the Y18 will be officially unveiled, the Y18e has already been officially launched in the Indian market. Here are the technical specifications and features of the device.

Specifications and features of Vivo Y18e

The Y18e is a polycarbonate smartphone with dimensions of 163.63 x 75.85 x 8.39 mm and weighing 185 grams. The device is equipped with a 6.56-inch LCD screen with an HD+ resolution of 1612 x 720 and supports refresh rates up to 90 Hz.

For selfies, the Y18e has a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture in the display notch. The rear camera consists of a 13-megapixel primary lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 0.08-megapixel secondary lens with f/3.0 aperture, as well as a rear flash.

Under the hood, the Y18e is powered by a Helio G85 processor and runs on FunTouch OS 14, an operating system based on Android 14. The SoC is paired with 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64 GB of eMMC 5.1 memory. The device supports up to 4 GB of virtual RAM and offers a microSD card slot for additional storage.

Vivo Y18e is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 15W charging via USB 2.0. In terms of connectivity, it supports dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, FM radio, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Finally, it has a dust and water resistant housing with IP54 dust and water protection.

Vivo Y18e price and availability

The Vivo Y18e is listed on Vivo’s website in India. However, the brand has not confirmed the price of the device. As for the colors, the Y18e will be available in Gem Green and Space Black.
