Heorhii Dzekon, board chairman of the largest Ukrainian telecommunication company Ukrtelecom, has said that the decision of the supervisory board on his dismissal was falsified, he told at a press conference.
At the same time, a supervisory board member of the company-head of its administration Serhii Vaskovskyi said that the meeting of the supervisory board on February 10 was not held at all.
Dzekon refuted the information of supervisory board chairman of Ukrtelecom Heorhii Honchar about critical financial state of the company.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Deputy Transport and Communication Minister-chairman of the State communication administration-supervisory board chairman of the largest Ukrainian telecommunication company Ukrtelecom, Mykola Honchar, has said that Oleh Kopiika was appointed as the acting board chairman of the company to replace Heorhii Dzekon.
