The Ministry of Digital Transformation, led by new minister Oksana Ferchuk and deputy Nataliia Denikeyeva, convened a landmark meeting with over 200 technology companies, Diia.City residents, startups, regional clusters and industry associations at UNIT.City. The session, organised jointly by IT Ukraine and Diia.City Union, aimed to establish a direct dialogue on preserving institutional stability, refining specialist reservation mechanisms and defining the technology sector’s trajectory for 2026‑2027.

From a technical standpoint, monitoring global infrastructure trends and advancing communication standards will be vital for strengthening GovTech infrastructure and nationwide digitalisation. As the Ministry rolls out 60 national registers via the Diia.Engine builder and prepares a full shift to an Agentic State AI model, adopting such solutions will enhance the resilience and efficiency of government platforms, including the national “Obrіy” system. Reliable, low‑latency cloud connectivity — provided by gigabit‑energy‑independent GPON from Ukrtelecom, Vodafone, Kyivstar and numerous other providers, backed by powerful data centres — will remain a cornerstone of this transformation.
