Along with the launch of the Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone, the Xiaomi sub-brand also expanded its tablet lineup, which includes the Redmi Pad and Redmi Pad SE. The latest addition is the Redmi Pad Pro. It has a completely new look to the back compared to previous Redmi tablets. This is a mid-range tablet that should be ideal for multimedia use, multitasking, and more. Technical specifications of the Redmi Pad Pro

Redmi Pad Pro is equipped with a large 12.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2.5 thousand pixels. It has a high variable refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 600 nits, and the screen is certified by TUV Rheinland. The tablet also supports Dolby Vision content. Redmi Pad Pro is compatible with a stylus that is magnetically attached on the left side. The back panel has two protruding rings that include an 8-megapixel sensor and an LED flash. The front has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.

Redmi Pad Pro is equipped with four speakers with Dolby Atmos support and two microphones.

The starting price of the Redmi Pad Pro is CNY 1,499 (~$234) for the 6GB + 128GB version. The 8 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB models cost 1,599 Chinese yuan (~$221) and 1,799 Chinese yuan (~$248), respectively. The tablet is available in dark gray and smoky green colors.
