After the expected release date of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S24 series was revealed, official renders of the standard Galaxy S24 surface have been posted on the Internet . The device will reportedly be available in four colors: purple, gray, yellow, and black. This is in contrast to the previously reported platinum and green colors.

The overall design language of the Galaxy S24 maintains continuity with the previous generation: a vertical arrangement of three cameras on the back and flat side edges with a flat display on the front. The LED flash unit is located on the right side of the camera module. The display has similar bezels on all four sides, with what is reported to be the narrowest bezel under the chin or bottom bezel on Samsung devices.
The famous reviewer @IceUniverse reported that the Galaxy S24 has a 6.16-inch screen, weighs 168 g and measures 70.6 mm x 147 mm x 7.6 mm. Notably, it features a 1.52mm chin with the same width on all four sides. For comparison, the Xiaomi 14, introduced at the end of October this year, has a slightly larger 6.36-inch screen, weighs about 188 g and boasts a 1.71-millimeter chin.
The base Galaxy S24 has already appeared on the FCC certification platform. The Galaxy S24 Ultra will reportedly ship with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip worldwide, while the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus may get Samsung‘s own Exynos 2400 chip. It is noteworthy that the Exynos 2400 is reportedly superior to the A17 Pro this time around. However, it will also be important to see if it finally outperforms the A14 in terms of energy efficiency.
Moving on to other aspects, the standard model is expected to have a rear camera with 50MP + 12MP + 10MP lenses, an FHD (1080P) display, a 4000mAh battery, and 25W charging support, as confirmed by China’s 3C certification platform. In contrast, the S24+ will have a higher resolution QHD display, 4900 mAh battery and 45W charging support.
