Motorola has already confirmed some details about the Edge 50 Pro smartphone, which will soon be launched in India. Now the phone has been spotted on the benchmarking platform Geekbench. While the processor has already been confirmed, the listing reveals the RAM and performance metrics of the upcoming offering. Read on to find out what the benchmark database reveals about the device.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. According to the Geekbench listing, this chipset consists of four cores clocked at 1.8 GHz, three cores clocked at 2.4 GHz, and a main core clocked at 2.63 GHz. The phone will have 12 GB of RAM, but we can also expect more configurations at launch. The upcoming offering will come with Android 14 out of the box.
In the single-core and multi-core Geekbench Motorola tests, the Edge 50 Pro scored 1,097 and 3,114 points, respectively. The benchmarking platform does not disclose any other details about the device.
Lenovo has recently confirmed that the Edge 50 Pro will feature a curved AMOLED display certified by Pantone. It will have a 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 2,000 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone will also be the first in the world to feature a Pantone-certified triple rear camera, led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. This will ensure accurate reproduction of colors and skin tones in the pictures. It is also confirmed that the new product will be available in three color variants.
