The Motorola Edge 50 Pro, initially launched in India, is now available for global markets. The smartphone has not yet debuted in North America, but is already on sale in the UK and the Eurozone.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro boasts a 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. The global variant of the Edge 50 Pro does not have the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage available in India, instead offering a single configuration with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The phone has a triple camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 10-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x optical and 50x hybrid zoom. The front camera has a 50-megapixel sensor for taking high-quality selfies.
The Edge 50 Pro runs Android 14 out of the box and features a 4500 mAh battery with 125W fast charging support. The phone also offers 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. It is also IP68 water and dust resistant.
Prices and availability
The smartphone is available in three colors: Black Beauty, Luxe Lavender, and Moonlight Pearl. It costs £599.99 in the UK and €699 in the Eurozone. Motorola also announced plans to sell the Edge 50 Pro in Asia, Latin America and Oceania. European and British buyers will receive Moto Buds Plus headphones, which were recently launched, along with the smartphone.
By the way, Motorola also introduced the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra smartphone, which has more powerful hardware, including the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 64-megapixel periscope camera, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.
