The much-anticipated Luxeed RX coupe SUV, part of Huawei’s HarmonyOS ecosystem, has officially opened for pre-orders. Revealed at the recent HarmonyOS and Luxeed G9 new product launch event on August 20th, the RX is set to make waves in the electric vehicle market. Richard Yu, Huawei’s Executive Director and Chairman of the Terminal BG, highlighted that the vehicle is designed with a future-oriented L3 autonomous driving architecture.

The Luxeed RX is positioned as a mid-to-large-sized pure electric coupe SUV, built upon Huawei’s advanced Turing platform. It offers both single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations. The vehicle’s dimensions are 5020mm in length, 2007mm in width, and 1585mm in height, with a substantial wheelbase of 3000mm. It debuts Huawei’s new generation high-performance electric drive system and is engineered with a forward-looking L3 autonomous driving architecture. Notably, the RX features a distinctive 1:2 wheel-to-body ratio and a 1.26 width-to-height ratio, along with staggered “mandarin duck” tires (255mm front, 275mm rear).
