LG has officially unveiled its new Gram Book AI 2026 laptop, marking a significant debut as the first 14-inch model in the acclaimed LG Gram series. This new entrant targets the mainstream market and is built on Intel’s latest Wildcat Lake platform.
Design and Portability
The LG Gram Book AI 2026 boasts a chassis crafted from soft-sheen aluminum alloy, striking a balance between a premium feel and robust durability. Weighing in at just 1.29kg and measuring a slim 14.9mm in thickness, the laptop is designed for effortless portability, a hallmark of the Gram line.
Performance and Battery Life
Under the hood, the device is powered by Intel’s 2026 Core Series 3 processors, promising efficient performance for a range of tasks. Complementing the processing power is a 61.2Wh battery, which LG claims can deliver an impressive battery life of up to 30.5 hours on a single charge. This extended endurance makes it an ideal companion for users who are frequently on the go and away from power outlets.
Adding to its user-friendly features, the Gram Book AI 2026 includes a low-noise mode. This functionality is particularly useful for environments like libraries or offices, allowing for basic document processing and video playback without generating distracting noise.
Connectivity and Software Integration
Connectivity is comprehensive, with a selection of ports including HDMI, USB-A, USB-C, and RJ-45. This array ensures users can easily connect a variety of external devices, from monitors and peripherals to wired networks. The laptop comes pre-installed with the Windows operating system.
Further enhancing its utility, the Gram Book AI 2026 integrates LG’s gram Link software. This feature facilitates seamless connectivity with smartphones and tablets of various brands, enabling effortless transfer of photos, videos, and other files between devices.
Privacy and Availability
Privacy is also a key consideration, with the laptop equipped with a physical webcam cover slider. This ensures users have direct control over their camera’s privacy.
The LG Gram Book AI 2026 is set to go on sale starting September 7th. It will be available in South Korea with a starting price of 1.45 million Korean Won, which is approximately 7,089 Chinese Yuan based on current exchange rates.
