As of December 21, Kyivstar has resumed the provision of all basic services to its customers. The company’s specialists have been working around the clock to restore the ability to use all communication services throughout Ukraine and abroad as soon as possible after the largest hacker attack in the history of the global telecom market .
In order to express gratitude to its subscribers for their support and trust, the company is canceling the planned fee for the tariff for all its users.
- Subscription, contract and contract subscribers with the Home Internet service will not be charged for the planned service package from December 22 to January 21
- Kyivstar Home Internet and Vse Razom users will not be charged for the service package from January 1 to January 31.
- Kyivstar corporate clients will receive a 100% discount on the tariff for mobile, fixed-line Internet, data and telephony services from January 1 to January 31.
In addition, the company is allocating UAH 100,000,000 for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Kyivstar will announce more details about the purpose of the funds later.

We have seen many proposals on social media to redirect personal compensation to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We decided not to choose between compensation and donation. That is why, in addition to canceling the tariff fee, Kyivstar allocates UAH 100 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” commented Oleksandr Komarov, President of Kyivstar.
