In December 2023, iQOO announced iQOO Neo 9 and smartphones in China. These phones were equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Dimensity 9300 chipsets, respectively. In February 2024, a rebranded version of the standard model called iQOO Neo 9 Pro was released in India and some other markets. A new development shows that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro may be rebranded as the iQOO Neo 9S Pro for markets outside of China.
The key features of the iQOO Neo 9S Pro are revealed
The screenshot above shows that the iQOO Neo 9s Pro with the model number V2339A has appeared in the Google Play console database. The listing not only mentions the key features of the device, but also contains an image that reveals its front and back panels.
We would like to remind you that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro available in China has the same model number V2339A. So, it looks like the same device may be rebranded as Neo 9s Pro on the global market.
According to the listing, the iQOO Neo 9S Pro will be available in blue and will be equipped with a Dimensity 9300 chipset. Its OLED panel supports a 1.5K resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. The device runs on Android 14 and has 12 GB of RAM. On the back of the device is a 50-megapixel main camera.
The mention of the Play Console is a good hint that the device’s debut on the global market will not be delayed. Most likely, it will be announced either this month or in May.
