Great news for fans of both streaming and online shopping! iQiyi and JD.com have teamed up to offer a fantastic joint annual membership deal, just in time for the 11.11 shopping festival. This combo package brings together an iQiyi Gold membership and a JD PLUS membership, significantly reducing the cost for dedicated users of both platforms.
Unbeatable Value for Entertainment and Shopping
Normally priced at 258 yuan, the iQiyi Gold membership annual card combined with the JD PLUS annual card is now available for a limited-time 11.11 promotional price of just 168 yuan. If you consider the JD PLUS annual membership to be valued at its standard price of 69 yuan, this deal effectively makes the iQiyi Gold VIP annual card a steal at only 99 yuan.
For those who prefer a higher tier of iQiyi’s service, an option for the iQiyi Platinum membership is also available. The combined annual membership with JD PLUS for the Platinum tier is priced at 248 yuan, which includes a 20 yuan coupon. This offers a substantial discount compared to purchasing the memberships separately.
JD PLUS Membership: More Than Just Shopping
The JD PLUS membership itself comes with a host of benefits that extend beyond simple online purchases. As part of this promotional offer, purchasing the JD PLUS annual card grants you 12 bonus points. These points can be redeemed for various perks during major sales events, such as grabbing significant discount coupons (e.g., 800-80 yuan off with 2 points, or 111-11 yuan off with 1 point). Additionally, JD PLUS points can be used for services like:
- Redeeming 5 points for 2 hours of cleaning service (limit of one redemption, with a typical market value of 40 yuan per hour).
- Using 3 points for shoe or clothing cleaning (including items like down jackets and suede sneakers).
- Redeeming 1 point for free courier services (up to 4 redemptions for JD Express, covering the initial weight) or car washes (1 redemption).
Important Considerations for Purchase
To ensure a smooth experience, it’s crucial to note a few key details:
- The phone number associated with your iQiyi account must be the same as your JD PLUS membership account for the memberships to be successfully linked.
- The iQiyi Gold annual membership does not support viewing on TV devices. The Platinum annual membership, however, does support TV viewing.
- Before completing your purchase, please verify that your account is eligible for JD PLUS membership activation. Failure to do so might prevent the membership benefits from being credited to your account.
Maximizing 11.11 Savings
This iQiyi and JD PLUS collaboration is part of the larger JD.com 11.11 shopping festival, which features substantial discounts and red packets. Shoppers can draw for no-threshold red packets on JD.com, with amounts going up to 26,888 yuan, and can participate in drawing these red packets up to three times daily. Similar promotions are also available on other platforms, with Taobao offering its own no-threshold red packets.
This joint membership offer is an excellent opportunity for consumers to save money while enjoying premium content from iQiyi and the extensive benefits of JD PLUS membership. Don’t miss out on this end-of-year value proposition!
