Honor is rolling out an incremental update for the third batch of internal testers for its MagicOS 11 system. The update began pushing to users who had previously registered for the beta program starting at 6 PM today. Furthermore, Honor has announced that the registration channel for this internal testing program will reopen next Monday. Users who register will receive the update on the next business day.
The update is available for a wide range of Honor devices, including both smartphones and tablets. For smartphones, eligible models include the Honor Robot Phone, Magic Vs3, Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design, Magic V2 Ultimate Edition, Magic V2, Magic5 Ultimate Edition, Magic5 Pro, Magic5, GT, 300 Ultra, 300 Pro, 300, 200 Pro, 200, 100 Pro, 100, 90 GT, Power, X80 Pro Max, X70 Pro Max, X70 Refresh Edition, and X70.
Tablet users can expect the update on models such as the Honor MagicPad4, Honor Tablet 20 5G Edition, Honor Tablet 20 Soft Light Edition, Honor Tablet 20, Honor Tablet 10 Soft Light Edition, and Honor Tablet 10.
Previously, Honor had stated that the third batch of internal testing for MagicOS 11 would offer 2,000 slots per model series. This was divided into 500 slots for the log version and 1,500 for the nolog version. The final allocation of slots may be adjusted based on the registration numbers, with the final list of participants to be confirmed.
Honor has indicated that the first wave of the push will be for users in the log group. Those in the nolog group will receive their updates on the subsequent business day. For the Honor Robot Phone, which is noted as the industry’s first robot phone, the company highlighted that the adaptation difficulty and workload are significant. Consequently, only 200 log version users are being recruited in the initial phase to collaborate with engineers in refining the user experience. More internal testing slots will be gradually opened once the version stability is confirmed.
