Honor 90 Smart debuts with only 4 GB RAM and Dimensity 6020

Honor has quietly unveiled its latest mid-range smartphone, the Honor 90 Smart, in France. This is technically the fifth smartphone in the lineup after the Honor 90, 90 Lite, 90 Pro, and 90 GT. Let’s take a look at what the device has to offer in terms of specifications.

Honor 90 Smart specifications

The Honor 90 Smart is based on a 6.8-inch TFT LCD display with a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz and Full HD resolution (2412×1080 pixels). The screen has a brightness of 850 nits, which should provide decent visibility on the street.

In terms of design, the phone has a gradient matte finish on the back, except for the camera area, which has a shiny finish. It has two circular cutouts that house the three cameras and the LED flash. The phone is available in two colors – Emerald Green and Midnight Black.

In terms of performance, Honor has used a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Out of the box, the Honor 90 Smart comes with Magic OS 7.2 based on Android 13.

The 5330 mAh battery supports 35W fast charging. Notably, the smartphone retains the classic 3.5mm headphone jack and is equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the side for security.

For photography, the Honor 90 Smart has a 108-megapixel main camera on the back, accompanied by a 2-megapixel macro and 2-megapixel depth lens. An 8-megapixel front-facing camera is responsible for selfies and video calls.

Price and availability

The Honor 90 Smart is already available for purchase in France for €249.90 (approximately $271). You can purchase the device on the company’s official website in this country, and as mentioned earlier, it is available in black and green colors.
