Google‘s upcoming basic Pixel 10 may feature primary and ultra-wide-angle cameras that match the hardware recently introduced in the budget Pixel 9A, but are not as good as the cameras on the Pixel 9, according to Android Authority. However, the new phone may get a telephoto lens, which the Pixel 9 and other basic Pixels did not have.
As for the Pixel 10 Pro devices, Android Authority reports that they will have the same camera hardware as the 9 Pro, which may indicate that Google may rely more on the capabilities of its upcoming next-generation Tensor G5 chip to improve photos.
Meanwhile, the upcoming Pixel 10 Pro Fold, which is rumored to have a nearly identical design to the previous model, may also feature the Pixel 9A main camera.
Last year, Google announced the Pixel 9 line in August, and it is possible that the company may choose this timeframe again to launch the Pixel 10 series. The company will release the Pixel 9A on April 10.
