Fans of Samsung are expecting to see new improvements in the Galaxy Z Fold 6, which is expected to debut this July. New leaks, courtesy of reliable leaker Ice Universe, have revealed the battery size and charging capabilities of the Z Fold 6. Unfortunately, the leak reveals that there will be no improvements in these areas this year. However, the Z Fold 6 is said to be lighter than the previous generation.

According to the leak, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 will have a 4400 mAh battery and support 25W fast charging. Remember that the Galaxy Z Fold 3, Fold 4, and Fold 5 were equipped with the same size battery and supported 25W wired charging. Like the Z Fold 5, the Fold 6 can also support 15W wireless charging and 4.5W reverse wireless charging.
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 will be 5.6 mm thick when unfolded, the leak claims. He added that the device will measure 12.1 mm when folded. For comparison, the Z Fold 5 has a thickness of 6.1 mm when folded and 13.4 mm when unfolded.
As a reminder, the Z Fold 5 weighs 253 grams. The leak claims that the Z Fold 6 will now weigh 239 grams, which is 15 grams less.
The source said that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is likely to have a 6.3-inch display with a 22:9 aspect ratio. Inside, it may have a 7.6-inch foldable screen with a 7:6 aspect ratio.
It is reported that, in addition to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, Samsung may also release the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra. However, the rumors do not yet report on the specifications of the Ultra model.
