Recently, a Motorola phone with the model number XT2409-5 was approved by the Chinese authority TENAA. It is assumed that this phone may debut in the domestic market under the name Motorola S50. A new leak, courtesy of Experience More, has revealed the device’s key specifications.

According to the source, the Moto S50 will have a 6.36-inch flat display with a resolution of 1.5K (1200p) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. For security purposes, it may be equipped with an under-screen fingerprint sensor.
Moto S50 is likely to be powered by the Dimensity 7300 chipset combined with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The device may contain a 4400 mAh battery with 68W fast charging support.
The rear camera may include a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The device will have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
Additional features may include a fingerprint sensor under the display and IP68 water and dust protection. The smartphone is expected to measure 154.1 x 71.2 x 8.1 mm and weigh 172 grams. It seems that Moto S50 may be rebranded as Motorola Edge 50 Neo in the global market.
