Faraday Future (FFR) has officially completed its merger with FFAI, marking a significant milestone as FFR now lists on the Nasdaq stock exchange. This strategic move consolidates all relevant business operations and assets under FFR, with the company issuing and delivering corresponding common stock and non-voting convertible preferred stock to FFAI as part of the transaction.
Leadership and Vision
Following the merger, FFR has appointed Jia Yueting as its CEO and Jerry Wang as its Executive Chairman. The company is currently accelerating its ‘Built in USA’ initiative, focusing on assembling its ‘FF Robot World 2.0’ to translate its first-mover advantage into a competitive edge. FFR aims to establish itself as a leading Physical AI and robotics ecosystem platform in the United States, leveraging its ‘Four-Core All-Intelligence’ ecosystem, EAI technology advantages, and a ‘one brain, multiple forms, multi-form, multi-capability’ technological roadmap.
Jia Yueting expressed confidence, stating that FFR aims to be the premier Pure-Play company in the US stock market for ‘Four-Core All-Intelligence’ humanoid and bionic EAI robots. The ambitious goal is to rank among the top three in the EAI robot industry within five years and to become one of the most valuable EAI companies in the Physical AI era.
Financial Projections and Outlook
FFR has unveiled its initial performance guidance for the full year 2026. The company projects approximately 2,000 robot unit sales and shipments for the year, calculated on a standalone full-year basis for the robot business, while maintaining positive gross profit margins. These projections are contingent upon securing necessary financing.
Looking ahead over a five-year period, FFR anticipates substantial growth:
- 2027 Revenue: Approximately $45.2 million USD (about 302 million RMB), with EAI core revenue projected at $32.5 million USD (about 217 million RMB) and other three-core ecosystem revenue at $12.7 million USD (about 84.88 million RMB). EAI unit sales are expected to reach 7,400 units.
- Cumulative Five-Year Revenue (through 2027): A target of approximately $1.98 billion USD (about 13.23 billion RMB), comprising around $1.08 billion USD (about 7.21 billion RMB) from core unit revenue and $900 million USD (about 6.01 billion RMB) from the other three-core ecosystems.
- Cumulative Five-Year Unit Sales: A target of approximately 133,000 robot units.
It is important to note that these forecasts are subject to uncertainties and do not serve as guarantees of future performance. The company is focused on building a robust ecosystem and expanding its market presence in the rapidly evolving field of AI and robotics.
