Public services should be accessible in all circumstances. To ensure that every Ukrainian can use public services, the European Union and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine, with the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, have provided 30 Mobile Administrator cases to hromadas. They will be sent to Dnipropetrovs’k, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions.
How they work
The Mobile Administrator service is a portable case designed to serve citizens at their place of residence, without visiting government offices.
It contains:
- a laptop with licensed software installed,
- a portable printer,
- a handheld scanner,
- ID card reader,
- video camera,
- 4G / 3G mobile phone + Wi-Fi router, etc.
Who it is intended for
The service is especially important for the elderly, people with disabilities and people with limited mobility, as well as residents of communities where ASC premises have been damaged or destroyed.
The mobile cases were purchased and delivered to the communities within the framework of the EU4Recovery – Community Empowerment in Ukraine (EU4Recovery) project, implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with the financial support of the European Union.
