DVL Group (Datagroup-Volia-lifecell) continues to strengthen its management team and announces a number of key appointments in the combined company structure.
Alp Agcatas
Alp Agcatas has been appointed Director of Information and Communication Technologies of the Group.
He started his career at Turkcell in 1997 as a billing systems support engineer. Subsequently, he held senior positions at Kuzey Kibris Turkcell and Turkcell’s Belarusian subsidiary BeST.
Since 2015, Alp has been the Head of Technology Operations at Kuzey Kibris Turkcell, and for the last 7 years he has been the Head of Information and Communication Technologies at lifecell.
He graduated from the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU).
Andriy Osipov
Andriy Osipov has been appointed Director of Corporate Regulatory and Legal Affairs at DVL Group.
He has extensive professional experience gained while working for such international companies as Coca-Cola HBC, Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine, Oriflame and Avon Cosmetics.
He joined lifecell in June 2014, where he has been Head of Corporate Regulatory and Legal Affairs since February 2023.
Andrii is a member of the Kyiv City Bar Association and a graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
In 2022, he received the ICA International Certificate in Compliance. Among his many achievements are inclusion in the ranking of the 20 best corporate lawyers in Ukraine (2020), recognition in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist Europe (2017), and recognition as the “Best Head of Legal Department in Ukraine” (2015).
Andriy Oksenyuk
Andriy Oksenyuk has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of DVL Group.
Andrii joined lifecell after 10 years of successful career at Ciklum, where he held the position of CFO. Earlier, he worked at Deloitte for more than 11 years, leaving the company as a consulting director.
Andriy has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, financial advisory and business model transformation in telecommunications, IT, media, agribusiness, retail and manufacturing.
He holds a degree in economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and is a current member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Anna Adom
Anna Adom has been appointed Group Business Support Director. Anna has many years of experience in HR and organizational change, having worked for Ferrexpo, ArcelorMittal Termitau, DTEK and Corum Group.
Her strategic vision has contributed to the sustainable development of HR strategies in various organizations.
Anna holds a degree in Sociology of Institutions and Processes and a professional degree from INSEAD Business School in the Blue Ocean Strategy program.
Artem Gagarin
Artem Gagarin has been appointed Director of Procurement and Supply at DVL Group. He has 20 years of experience in procurement and supply, having worked in the public sector, energy and industry.
Artem joined Datagroup-Volia in 2016, where he successfully managed the relevant area. He has two degrees (from NTUU “KPI” and ISU), a CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) professional education and is a certified procurement specialist.
Vitaliy Sydorenkov
Vitalii Sydorenkov has been appointed to the position of Group Corporate Security Director. He joined Datagroup-Volia in 2021 and has been heading the company’s security department since 2023.
His experience includes law, physical and information security. Vitalii is a graduate of Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko and a practicing attorney at the Bar Council of Kyiv Region.
