CRM investments pay off quickly thanks to satisfied customers

Ukrainian business should already be working on the implementation of modern technologies to remain competitive in the European market. This was emphasized by Andriy Bezgubenko, Head of E-consulting, in his column for the Ministry of Finance. Investments in CRM can quickly pay off thanks to satisfied customers, he is convinced.

According to the expert, companies that still work the old-fashioned way will not be able to compete with European firms that actively use automated solutions. The implementation of CRM systems should become a priority for both business and government, he believes.

According to a report by New Voice Media, in 2023, U.S. companies lost $75 billion due to customer relations shortcomings, which is more than the global CRM market, which was estimated at $65 billion in the same year.

“It’s a vicious circle. We don’t buy new systems because it’s expensive, but we lose more because of their absence,”

For large companies, it is important to choose a solution that allows them to integrate all business processes and adapt to the needs of the growing market.

American analysts from Grand View Research note that corporations choose CRM mainly among three manufacturers: SAP SE, Salesforce, and Microsoft Corporation.

Alphabold (USA) puts HubSpot CRM, a fairly young American company founded in 2006, in the top three instead of SAP.

Automated management systems do everything from organizing contacts to creating videos for marketing communications.

Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are distinguished by their scalability, customization to specific customer needs, and a thorough approach to security.

Microsoft ‘s solution integrates seamlessly with other company products, using the same security and Windows role models. It contains customized processes for attracting, retaining, and servicing customers in the marketing, service, and sales modules. It includes related Dynamics and Power Platform services with accounting functions: HR, procurement, sales, payroll, logistics, accounting, etc.

“You shouldn’t think of a CRM system as a magic wand that will make your business profitable. It is just a tool for fair and effective competition. By investing in CRM, Ukrainian companies get a chance to strengthen their positions in the European market and make a significant contribution to the development of the country’s economy,” said Andriy Bezgubenko.
