ASUS presents new ROG Zephyrus G14 and G16 laptops

ASUS has unveiled several new laptops at Computex, including the impressive-looking ROG Zephyrus G14. This high-performance computer is ideal for gaming on the go and just about anything else.

First of all, this thing is quite small. The 14-inch screen allows it to fit into almost any bag. The 16:10 aspect ratio panel boasts a 3K display, 120Hz refresh rate, 500 nits of peak brightness, and Dolby Vision integration. The bezels are thin, with an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 87%.

It’s also stylish, as expected from the Zephyrus brand. The G14 has a CNC machined aluminum body, which increases the overall durability. It is available in two colors. These are Eclipse Gray and Platinum White.

As for the specifications, the G14 can be equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor with 12 cores and 24 threads and an AMD XDNA NPU GPU up to 50 TOPS. The video card reaches its maximum with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080. The amount of RAM is up to 64 GB, and the built-in storage is up to 2 TB.

The base model starts at $1800, but will be available only on June 25. Other variations are already available for purchase.

The ROG Zephyrus G16 is, of course, larger, but the screen increases the refresh rate to 240 Hz. These models boast an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor and an NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPU. They have a similar aluminum body as the G14 and a six-speaker system for greater immersion.

The base model costs $2,150 and will be available on June 25. Other versions are already available for purchase.

The company also introduced updated ROG Strix G16 and G18 models. These gaming laptops can be equipped with AMD or Intel processors with support for up to 32 GB of RAM. Both models include NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060. All models have 1 TB of internal storage. The G18 starts at $1,700 and the G16 at $1,500.
