Over the past few days, a lot of renders of Motorola’s upcoming G-series phones have appeared on the web as a result of the leak. Among them are G04, G24, G24 Power and G34. Now, a new phone from the Lenovo-owned brand has appeared in leaked renders revealing its design. The device is called the Moto G 5G (2024) and is expected to be the successor to last year’s G 5G (2023) model. This is reported by the reliable resource Onleaks.
Leaked renders of Moto G 5G (2024)
In terms of design, the Moto G 5G (2024) is no different from other G-series phones that have recently leaked online. It looks like Lenovo is making the design language a staple on next year’s Moto G devices.
The Moto G 5G (2024) has a boxy design with the volume rocker and power buttons located on the right side. The latter is expected to serve as a fingerprint scanner. The back panel seems to have a matte finish and contains a rectangular camera module that touches the side edges. It also rises slightly, reminiscent of the design of the Find X6 and Reno 8-series phones. In the center of the back is the iconic Moto logo in the form of a bat’s wing.
On the front, the Moto G 5G (2024) has a centered notch with perforations and a slightly thicker chin. However, the overall bezels around the display are quite thin. The source added that the device will be equipped with a 6.5-inch display. On the bottom of the smartphone, we noticed a USB-C port, a speaker grille, and a 3.5mm jack. The dimensions of Moto G 5G (2024) will be 164.4 x 74.9 x 8.2 mm.
