Vampire is a Ukrainian-made copter. They can carry up to 15 kg of payload.
The military will use them to destroy armored cars and tanks, as well as enemy defenses, fortifications, or ammunition depots. Each drone is equipped with a thermal imager, so it can operate effectively at night.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov:

What Vampire can do
The Vampire UAV is manufactured by the Ukrainian company SkyFall. The drone can carry up to 15 kg of ammunition. Each combat drone costs $10,000.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces use Vampire to drop various types of ammunition, such as cumulative and thermobaric, on the enemy, and they are most often used against tanks and other armored vehicles.
Vampire drones communicate with each other using radio frequencies and GPS. If the signal is jammed, the drone will continue its flight until the connection is restored. Due to their heavy weight, Vampire drones are transported on trucks.
A special remote control is used to control the unmanned aerial vehicle. The developers claim that it takes only three hours to learn how to operate a combat drone.
The Vampire drone has batteries located on both sides, a GPS module and a lower part with electronics for the ammunition drop system.
