China Mobile Cloud Company and Zhipu AI have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, aiming to deepen their collaboration across several key areas including domestic computing power, large model services, and AI commercialization.

On November 6th, China Mobile Cloud Company and Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhipu AI) formalized their partnership with a signed agreement. This collaboration is set to enhance strategic cooperation in fields such as Token technology innovation, model services, product development, and industry solutions. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Sun Shaoling, General Manager of China Mobile Cloud, and Zhang Peng, CEO of Zhipu AI.
Focus on Domestic Computing Power and Model Optimization
A primary focus of this partnership will be on the adaptation and optimization of domestic computing power for large-scale AI models. The two companies plan to jointly establish a ‘Token Joint Development Center’ to tackle critical core technologies and continuously improve the efficiency of Token production. Integration with MoMA Platform and Product Innovation
Under the agreement, Zhipu AI’s GLM series of models will be integrated into the MoMA model service platform, which is China Mobile Cloud’s MaaS (Model as a Service) platform. This integration is expected to streamline the deployment and utilization of Zhipu AI’s advanced models, making them more accessible for a wider range of applications.
Furthermore, the collaboration aims to jointly build an intelligent product matrix. This includes the co-creation of AI Coding integrated products, signaling a move towards developing specialized AI tools that can assist in software development and other coding-intensive tasks.
