Colorful, a well-known name in the tech space, has just unveiled its latest storage solution: the OVA07 dual-interface USB flash drive. Aimed at users who demand versatility and speed, this new drive comes with both USB-A and USB Type-C connectors, catering to a wide range of devices from modern smartphones and tablets to traditional computers.
Dual Connectivity for Seamless Transfers
The OVA07 drive is built with the USB 3.2 Gen 1 standard, promising impressive transfer speeds with a stated read speed of up to 150MB/s. This means quicker file transfers between your devices, whether you’re moving large video files, backing up photos, or transferring important documents. The inclusion of both USB-A and Type-C ports means users can directly connect the drive to their smartphones or tablets via Type-C for easy file sharing, eliminating the need for adapters or intermediary devices.
Compatibility is a key feature, with the OVA07 supporting major operating systems including Windows, macOS, Android, HarmonyOS, and iPad OS. This broad support ensures that users can effortlessly use the drive across their various gadgets.
Compact Design, Robust Build
Measuring approximately 3.5 centimeters in length and weighing just 13 grams, the OVA07 is designed to be unobtrusive. Its compact size and low profile when plugged into a device ensure it won’t block adjacent ports, a common frustration with larger flash drives. The drive also features a 360° rotatable design, allowing for easy connection and storage. A 90° click-stop mechanism secures the protective cap, preventing it from getting lost and safeguarding the interface from dust, moisture, and scratches.
Constructed with a zinc alloy casing and finished with a metallic paint, the OVA07 boasts a premium feel along with enhanced durability. This robust build offers resistance against friction and minor impacts, making it a reliable companion for daily use.
Versatile Applications
The convenience of the Type-C interface extends to mobile device functionality. Users can directly connect the OVA07 to their phones to enable one-click backup of photos, videos, and other files. This makes it ideal for various scenarios, including use with computers, smartphones, tablets, in-car entertainment systems, smart TVs, and portable media players.
Pricing and Availability
Colorful has introduced the OVA07 with competitive pricing. The 32GB version is available starting at 59.9 Yuan, while the 64GB model is priced at 89.9 Yuan. For those needing more space, the 128GB variant is offered at 139.9 Yuan. These drives are available through Colorful’s official JD.com flagship store.
This release positions the OVA07 as an attractive option for consumers looking for a fast, durable, and highly compatible USB flash drive that bridges the gap between older and newer devices.
