The project is being implemented as part of the GROW with SAP offer and is aimed at automating and improving project and financial management processes. Project details
After studying the system, the company’s management decided not to customize the ERP system to fit existing processes. Instead, the best practices offered by SAP Public Cloud allowed them to rethink and optimize business processes.
Already at the initial stage of implementation, it became clear that more than 40% of processes would be subject to changes. This is expected to open up new opportunities to improve business efficiency and productivity.
The new SAP S/4HANA system will be used by more than 50 employees, will cover all key divisions of the company, and will ensure integration and consistency of processes at all levels of the organization.
Thanks to the SAP Activate project delivery methodology, the project will take approximately 90 days to complete. It is planned that the system will be put into commercial operation in January 2025 and will replace the old ERP.
