Until 2019, the construction sector was the most corrupt in Ukraine. The creation of the Unified State Electronic System (USES) has dramatically changed the situation. Eliminating the human factor helped save UAH 10 billion in 2021 alone. Another UAH 1.5 billion was saved due to the anti-corruption effect.
Now you can build transparently and quickly. The Diia portal offers 14 time-saving construction services. For example, it takes only 20 minutes to create a CC1 notice of construction work commencement. No queues, no offices, no extra paperwork.

More than 100 thousand people have already used the services, and 74% of them are satisfied with the result.
The changes have become useful not only for developers but also for citizens. Now every Ukrainian can check whether the construction is legal. There is a QR code near the buildings – scan it to find out information about the object.
Of course, there is no anti-corruption reform that is easy to implement and has no resistance. But it is very important to continue digitalizing the construction sector. This is the opinion of Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.
