PC brand XMG has officially announced the release of its latest gaming laptops, the APEX 16 and PRO 16 VE. These new models are set to impress gamers and power users alike, as they are equipped with the brand-new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU, featuring a substantial 12GB of GDDR7 memory.
XMG APEX 16 (M26): AMD Powerhouse
The XMG APEX 16, identified by the model code M26, is built on AMD’s processor platform. Customers can choose between the powerful Ryzen 9 9955HX and the Ryzen 9 8945HX processors. The laptop boasts a vibrant 16-inch display with a crisp 2560×1600 resolution and a smooth 300Hz refresh rate, capable of reaching 500 nits of brightness for excellent visibility.

This model shares the same impressive 16-inch, 2560×1600, 300Hz, 500-nit display as its AMD counterpart. It also benefits from the same robust three-fan cooling system, enabling a total system power output of 195W.
In terms of memory and storage, the PRO 16 VE is equipped with two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots for RAM and two PCIe Gen4 M.2 SSD slots for fast storage solutions. Connectivity is also cutting-edge, with support for Wi-Fi 7.
