Xiaomi is expected to unveil three new devices in its home country this month. The brand is also expected to release its first-ever folding phone in the form of a clamshell. Many details about this device have been leaked in the past. Recently, information about the upcoming offering appeared on the NCC certification site. Now it has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, revealing some key hardware details.
Xiaomi MIX Flip is listed under the model number 2405CPX3DC. It mentions a motherboard codenamed ruyi, which consists of two cores operating at 2.27 GHz and two more cores at 2.96 GHz. Three cores operate at a frequency of 3.15 GHz, and the main core operates at 3.30 GHz. According to the database, the device will have 12 GB of RAM on board and we can expect more options at launch.
The Xiaomi MIX Flip scored 2,087 and 6,282 points in the single-core and multi-core Geekbench tests, respectively. Apart from that, the benchmark list does not reveal any additional details.
According to the NCC, the Xiaomi MIX Flip will feature vertically placed dual camera sensors near the display cover on the back. The upcoming offering is said to be backed by 1,145+3,595 mAh batteries with 67W fast charging support. The MIX Flip is rumored to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, as well as a 60-megapixel telephoto camera and Leica technology to improve photo quality. It will be available in white, purple, and black colors. The top-end version will reportedly have 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
