Xiaomi has confirmed that its upcoming smartphone, dubbed the CIVI 4 Pro, will be unveiled on March 21. The smartphone will be powered by the recently unveiled Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, which is a stripped-down version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, destined for 2024 flagship killers.
Ahead of the launch, official renders of the CIVI 4 Pro have been released, revealing its color options. According to a recent post on Weibo by Xiaomi, the CIVI 4 Pro will be available in three color variants, namely: Spring Field Green, Soft Mist Pink, and Breeze Blue. The teaser video also shows that the phone will also be available in black.
Of all the color options, Spring Field Green will stand out in the lineup, thanks to a shiny back panel that creates natural spring colors and patterns similar to the flow of water thanks to a new “color gilding” process. Spring Field Green will also have a textured back, which will likely be made of vegan leather.
In addition, the teaser video shows that the CIVI Pro 4 will have a pill-shaped camera in the top center. It also has flat bezels and flat edges. The camera system has Leica branding, which usually means that the cameras have been customized by Leica.
In addition, the CIVI 4 Pro is rumored to have a 6.55-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. As mentioned above, the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor with a peak clock speed of 3.0 GHz. More details are expected to be announced soon, so stay tuned.
