Vivo’s next S-series phones, the S19 and S19 Pro, were recently spotted on China’s MIIT certification platform. This suggests that their launch may be just around the corner. Now, insider publication Digital Chat Station has revealed some of the key specifications of both phones.
According to the leak, Vivo S19 Pro will have an impressive 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (2800 x 1260 pixels). It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
In terms of optics, the S19 Pro will have a triple camera setup on the back. It will consist of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens for portraits.
The front of the phone will have a 50-megapixel selfie lens. And it will be powered by a 5500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
Details about the standard version of the S19 are still scarce. The leak suggests that it may be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, which would position it in the upper mid-range class. It will be equipped with a 6000 mAh battery and support 80W charging, just like the Pro model.
