Ukrainians submit repair reports via Diia

From now on, Ukrainians who have received payments to rebuild their damaged homes under the eRestoration program will be able to submit a report on the repairs performed on the Diia portal, as well as through the ASC or a notary. Previously, this could only be done through the Diia app. This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

When to submit the report

If you received up to UAH 200 thousand for the restoration of your home, you must submit a final report on the work performed. If the amount is higher, you have to submit interim and final reports. In this case, the funds are credited in two tranches – 70% and 30%. And to get the second one, you need to report on the use of the first payment. After that, the local council will visit the housing and check the status of the work. And you will be able to apply for the second tranche.

In turn, the final report on the completion of repairs must be submitted within 15 days after the house is restored.

The payment for damaged property worth less than UAH 200 thousand must be spent within 12 months. At the same time, a larger amount must be spent within 18 months. At the end of the term, the balance will return to the state budget.
